We can train your staff and be your training consultants. ALIANZA can put together an entire “Fast Track” program for your company that can be customized to your needs. This can include a Standard Operation Procedure Manual, Warrantee Procedure, Maintenance and Repair Program and Value Engineering Design. Some of the issues we can address are in-house resources, training, determining and qualifying the architects, civil engineers, vendors, general contractors, budgeting, and timelines—beginning with design and ending with a restaurant ready to open. We can be hired on a daily basis or long term for consultation on specific projects or programs.
